3 Ingredient Raspberry Jam

All you need is....
1 pint of fresh raspberries
1/4 cup of Honey 🍯
Add more honey as needed for extra sweetness
1 tablespoon of lemon juice

All you need to do is...
Toss all 3 ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer for about 10mins.
The Jam should start to get a sticky consistency.
If it isn’t getting sticky, turn the heat up a bit.
Make sure you give the Jam a couple stirs while cooking, just to ensure it’s not burning.
When the Jam is at your desired stickiness, it’s ready!
You’ve got Raspberry Jam. No Pectin or sugar needed!
