🍂 A spicy Razerberry twist on a classic layered berry custard puff pastry dessert

Triple Razerberry Inferno Puff Pastry

Pastry:
1-â…“ Lbs. of puff pastry
1 Egg, beaten

Cream Layer:
10.5 Oz cream cheese
â…“ Cup sweetened condensed milk
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
2 Tbsp Rubus Raspberry Sauce

Custard Filling:
3-â…“ Cups whole milk
ÂĽ Cup sugar
6 Tbsp cornstarch
2 Eggs
1 Banana, smashed

Berry Layer:
1 Lbs. blueberries (3 cups)
10.5 Oz Strawberries, sliced
Juice of 1 lemon
1-½ Tbsp Anathema Blueberry

Spiced Finish Sauce:
Âľ Cup + 2 tbsp water
ÂĽ Cup sugar
1 Tsp Rubus Sauce

Optional Finishing Sauce
½ Tsp Mind Flay Strawberry
2 Tsp local flower honey

Equipment:
â–¸Large baking sheet
â–¸Zester
â–¸Kitchen Scale
â–¸Mixing bowls
â–¸Juicer
â–¸Chef knife & paring knife
â–¸Measuring utensils
â–¸Spatula
â–¸Fine mesh strainer
â–¸Cooling rack
â–¸Whisk
â–¸Stand mixer
â–¸Cutting boards
â–¸Timer
â–¸Piping Bag

Stuff you need to do:
1. Prep the pastry by rolling the pastry into thin sheets, pierce each sheet with a fork, brush with egg, and then bake at 400°f for 12-15 minutes until golden. Cool completely
2. Make the custard by whisking sugar, cornstarch, and eggs. Add a little milk until smooth. Heat the remaining milk, whisk it into egg mixture, then cook until thickened. Stir in the mashed banana and cool
3. Make the filling by beating the cream cheese, condensed milk, lemon zest, lemon juice, and Rubus sauce. Fold all this filling into the cooled custard
4. Prepare the fruit by slicing and combining blueberries, strawberries, lemon juice, and Anathema sauce together
5. Make the finishing sauce. Simmer water and sugar until dissolved. Stir in the Rubus sauce and cool completely
6. Assemble: Layer pastry, syrup, cream, and berries. Repeat. Finish with cream and berries on top
7. Finish & Chill: Drizzle lightly with Anathema sauce. For extra heat, drizzle with the honey-Mind Flay mixture

Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight before serving

BTS as the work continues on the label of our final flavor in 2026 and the new label design for the future. Pink line is the dye cut; the final label size is 3.25 x 5.5" rounded corners on silver substrate. Artwork comes next, and then it's off to proofreading and press proofs!

Special note: most of the white you see is actually "brushed aluminum" in the final print, with the exception of the Nutrition Facts, Ingredients list, Barcode and the white background dots of the QR Code. Adobe Illustrator can't display transparency, so there's a special white layer that defines the white ink the printer uses.

Crunchy Rubus Broccoli Salad

Stuff you need:

Ingredients:
1 Nearly full cup of mayonnaise
2 Tbsp local honey
1 Tbsp Rubus Raspberry Vanilla Scorpion Sauce
3 Tbsp cider vinegar
½ tsp kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1-½ Pounds fresh broccoli crowns, with some stems attached
10 Strips of bacon (about Âľ pound) crispy and crumbled
½ Cup roughly chopped pecans, toasted
½ Cup golden raisins
½ Cup minced red onion
Equipment:
â–¸Large mixing bowl
â–¸Metal whisk
â–¸Large serving bowl â–¸Measuring utensils

Stuff you need to do:
1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, honey, Rubus Raspberry Sauce, cider vinegar, salt, and several generous grinds of black pepper
2. Cut the broccoli florets and peeled stems into bite-sized pieces, yielding about 6 to 7 cups
3. Save a small amount of bacon and pecans to garnish with before serving
4. Add the broccoli, remaining bacon, pecans, raisins, and onion to the bowl with the dressing
5. Toss thoroughly until everything is evenly coated
6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to blend
7. Before serving, garnish with remaining bacon and pecan

Note: This salad can be made up to a day ahead and tastes
even better after the flavors have had time to get happy

Cranksgiving Hard Cider Harvest Punch

Stuff you need:

Ingredients:
4 Ounces apple brandy
8 Ounces unsweetened cranberry juice
2 Tablespoon Razerberry Cranksgiving Cranberry sauce
2 Ounces cinnamon syrup (recipe below)
32 Ounces hard cider, well chilled
Large ice ring

Optional Ingredients as garnish:
Cinnamon sugar rim
Thin apple slices
Fresh cranberries

Equipment:
â–¸Large pitcher or punch bowl â–¸Liquid measuring cups
â–¸wooden spoon or stirrer â–¸Measuring utensils
â–¸small side plate for ri***ng â–¸drinking glasses

Stuff you need to do:
1. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the apple brandy, cranberry juice, cinnamon syrup, and Razerberry Cranksgiving spiced cranberry hot sauce
2. Stir well and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled
3. Add the hard cider and large ice ring just before serving
4. If desired, rim glasses with cinnamon sugar
5. Stir gently and serve immediately

Instructions for the Cinnamon Syrup
½ Cup granulated sugar
½ Cup water
3 Cinnamon sticks, broken into pieces

Stuff you need to do for the Cinnamon Syrup:
1. Combine the sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium heat
2. Bring to a simmer and cook until the sugar dissolves completely
3. Reduce heat to low and add the cinnamon sticks
4. Cover and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes
5. Remove from the heat and cool completely
6. Strain out the cinnamon pieces and store the syrup in a sealed jar in the refrigerator

🍂 Savory ham, smoky Vermont cheddar, and fresh spinach come together in this hearty frittata with a spicy Razerberry twist

Suckerpunch Smokehouse Frittata
Heat: 2 out of 5

Stuff you need:
Unsalted butter, for greasing
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup diced onion
½ tsp kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
6 ounces ham, diced
3 packed cups of spinach leaves, stemmed and ribboned
8 large eggs
1-½ cups shredded smoked Vermont cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp Suckerpunch Lemon Pear Scorpion sauce

Optional Ingredients:
Amber Maple Syrup
Lemon Zest
Chives or parsley as garnish

Equipment:
▸8 or 9” cast iron pan or oven safe deep skillet
â–¸wooden spoon or spatula â–¸Measuring utensils
â–¸Medium mixing bowl
â–¸Whisk and scraper

Stuff you need to do:
1. Heat oven to 375°F. Grease a cast iron skillet or ovenproof pan with butter (pan must be about 2” deep)
2. Warm olive oil in the skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, salt, and black pepper. Cook until softened and lightly golden. This should take about 4 to 5 mins
3. Add the ham and cook until lightly browned, 4 to 5 mins Add spinach and cook until wilted and tender, 5 to 6 mins
4. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, black pepper, Suckerpunch sauce, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese
5. Reduce heat to medium-low. Pour egg mixture evenly over the ham and veggies. As the eggs begin to set, gently pull the cooked edges toward the center with a spatula, allowing uncooked egg to fill any gaps
6. With a small amount of uncooked egg to go, sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese over the frittata
7. Transfer pan to the oven and bake until puffy, lightly browned, and completely set, about 5 to 7 mins
8. Let rest for 5 mins before slicing into wedges and serving
