Egg production has finally caught up with demand. Currently have enough eggs for atleast 6 pints of pickled eggs. Can also sell them as is.

Alot of birds that will soon be laying eggs daily. Our production should quadruple daily within the next 3 to 4 weeks and double any day. These means alot of eggs available, both fresh eggs and pickled eggs.

Also, we are going to add a 3rd and final flavor to our line up, "Heart of Dixie Quail Farm Sweet Heat Pickled Eggs". New flavor profile consisting of Honey 🍯 Habanero 🌶.

Good news! As of tomorrow I should have secured 20 more laying hens (or close to laying age) birds, which will help us close the egg production gap between what we have now and when our you get birds get to laying age.

This will help us be more up to date with any pickled egg orders you place. So just let me know!

Also, I plan on working on a Cajun recipe (atleast) this weekend as well!

Back at it again today, got a few pints of our pickled quail eggs ready to go. We are picking up egg production soon, so we can produce these much quicker. If you want to claim some, let me know!
