🌽🍅 Farmers Market is back tomorrow from 4:00–6:00 PM!

We’re excited to welcome back the Kids Mini Market after last week’s predicted bad weather, along with some great food and family fun:

🌦️🍓 Farmers Market Update 🍞🌽

As of now, we are still planning to hold Farmers Market tonight from 4:00–6:00 PM. We are keeping a close eye on Mother Nature (who apparently didn't get the memo that it's Farmers Market day 😉).

Our bakers and makers have been hard at work preparing for tonight, and we know many of you have been looking forward to stopping by. That being said, please make the best decision for you and your family when it comes to attending. Your safety always comes first.

The Kids Mini Market is also still scheduled for tonight! If the weather makes you uncomfortable heading out, don't worry—we'll be hosting another Kids Mini Market next week, too, so there will be another opportunity for young entrepreneurs to participate.

We'll continue to share any updates if plans change. Until then, we're crossing our fingers, watching the radar, and hoping Mother Nature decides to shop local tonight! ☔🛍️💚

🌮 Tacos and cookies! 🍪

TODAY IS THE DAY!!! Come to the Farmer's Market in Chariton from 4-6PM to get a taco dinner (a portion of the proceeds will go to sponsoring a LifeWise student). There will also be individually wrapped cookies (so you can take them home if you are too full of tacos!) for sale - all funds from cookie sales goes directly to LifeWise Chariton! SEE YOU IN A LITTLE WHILE!

The Chariton Farmers Market Has It Going On! 🌱🍅🛍️

On May 28, we reached our highest vendor count yet!

Five years ago, you could have parked a car between each vendor and still had plenty of room. Yesterday, we had 28 vendors and 3 nonprofit booths sharing the joy of gardening, baking, crafting, and more with our community.

It is wonderful to see the Chariton square come alive every Thursday evening from 4:00–6:00 PM. In addition to our amazing vendors, we have library story time and activities, along with a variety of food options throughout the season, including food trucks, ice cream vendors, and Supper on the Square.

As we move into the heart of the market season, the next few months will showcase the dedication, hard work, and talent that our vendors put into providing quality products for the Chariton community.

Thank you to our vendors, volunteers, partners, and shoppers for helping make the Chariton Farmers Market such a success. We look forward to seeing you on the square each Thursday!
