If you’re Southern, chances are you’ve heard of chow chow—but have you tried it?!

Chow chow is a classic Southern relish made with a mix of chopped vegetables, typically including cabbage, peppers and onions, all pickled together in a sweet + tangy brine. It adds the perfect little kick of flavor to just about anything!

Alpacas are gentle, curious animals with some of the softest fiber around, and we love giving our visitors the chance to see them up close.
