We are excited to see that people still have an interest in artisan pasta created with locally sourced with ingredients. We have relocated to the Grand Strand area of South Carolina and at this point are not creating our pastas. Thank you for all of your support.

Here's the official frozen stuffed pasta line up for tomorrow:

*Fisher Farms Fava Bean & Spring Onions, Grateful Growers Italian Sausage, Basil Pesto, Ricotta Salata

* Roasted Pat’s Pickens Beets, Pat’s Arugula Pesto, Bosky Acres Goat Cheese, Ricotta

*New Town Farm Carrots, Fisher Farm Snap Pea Puree, Dill, Ricotta, Parmesan.

Not sure about fresh pasta.

The pasta with meat has Italian sausage and fava beans along with some other ingredients. Fava beans are labor intensive--shuck the beans from the pods, blanche the beans, peel the skin off of the beans, then prepare them--so this is a very special pasta.

We will be at the Matthews Market this weekend (June 2). Here are some hints: pea/carrot for one and roasted beets with argula "pesto" for another. Joe plans to make a meat based one--possibly with bacon and let's be honest everything with bacon is good!
