Since birth we were exposed to the wonderful treasures found in our oceans. We spent many years at the Jersey shore working on fishing boats as fishermen, fish cutters, processors and fish packers. The vessel used in our logo is the Adriatic Sea, owned by a family friend. A few family members worked on this fishing boat along side the Wilson family. Fast forward a few years, Anthony, along with 2
friends, opened a wholesale seafood business. Brother Vincent is one of the main fish purchasers for the company. Over the past 35 years, our family has become experts on seafood species, migration habits and the different flavors and textures of fish and shellfish. We have perfected our handling, storage and processing methods for each species of fish. We offer you, our customers, an easy way to eat healthy seafood at an affordable price. Anthony’s expertise in cutting & processing, Vincent’s expertise at purchasing and Marianne’s ability to manage the marketing and business side of our company makes us a strong company with unlimited possibilities. You will even find brother Bill popping in now and then offering advice on sales, marketing and employee relations. Bill is multi-talented and will even build you a new office if needed! We purchase whole fish in season cut, vacuum pack and freeze the fish. Several types of fish are packaged in an insulated box and then delivered to you. You also have the option to pick up your items from us. We have an easy online ordering system. Only in stock seafood boxes will be shown on the site. The selection of seafood in the box will vary, depending on the season during the year. We keep our delivery area local to ensure our customers get personalized service versus ordering online through an unknown website.
