Perfect air fried salmon with butter lettuce, avocado & feta cucumber dip for a quick, easy, simple & delicious lunch. I lined my AF with foil, placed frozen salmon piece on it with olive oil, s&p, then cooked at 400 for 18 minutes. It doesn’t get much easier than that! Yum 🥳

These Keto Zucchini Fries are breaded with parmesan, and spices, then baked until perfectly crispy! The best keto, low-carb side dish!
𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦
2 medium Zucchini
3/4 cup/ 96 g/ 3.38 oz grated parmesan cheese
1 large Egg
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Black pepper (optional)

𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦⁠
Preheat the oven to 425°F/ 220°C. Line and lightly grease a baking sheet. Cut each zucchini in half lengthwise 4 times. Cut the sticks once crosswise, making 16 sticks from each squash, approximately 4 in/10 cm long and 1/2 in /1 cm thick.
*If the zucchini sticks feel "wet", pat them dry with paper towels.
Prepare two bowls - one with beaten egg and one with a mixture of grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper. Dip each squash stick in the egg, shake off the excess, then press into the parmesan mixture, coating all sides. Place on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer without touching. Bake for about 20 minutes, flipping the fries and rotating the pan halfway through, until fairly dark golden.

AIR FRIED CURRY CHICKEN WINGS

Another one more delicious, healthy air fried chicken wing recipe to the list. So easy to make and you just need 20 minutes to prepare your lunch/dinner.

750g chicken wings
Salt
1/4tsp white pepper
1tbs curry powder
1/2tsp garlic powder
1/2tbs dried thyme
2tbs EVOO
1tsp apple vinegar

1.add everything into a large bowl and mix well. Let the chicken marinade about 15-30 minutes.
2.air fryer the chicken wings in 190c, 20 minutes.

I served mine with greens, sliced peaches, tomatoes, sliced cucumber, shaved carrots and my simple delicious EVOO, lime and salt dressing.

Hit like if you love it. Would you like to make it?

SPAGHETTI SQUASH ALFREDO
1 spaghetti squash, roasted
1/2 cup plain cream cheese (can sub any plain cream cheese)
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, warmed in the microwave 1 minute
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon white pepper (or regular pepper)
salt, to taste
Chopped parsley (garnish)

2 (4-6 oz) chicken breasts
Seasonings if choice (I used garlic powder, dried basil, and dried oregano)
1-2 teaspoons avocado oil or garlic ghee
1). Remove “noodle” strands from spaghetti squash; place half in a large bowl and save the rest for later 2) In a blender combine all remaining ingredients, except parsley. Blend until smooth. Toss with hot spaghetti squash and garnish with parsley. Serve with pan-seared chicken breast (optional).
