Save this simple coleslaw for later — tangy, a little sweet + not too creamy.

EASY TANGY COLESLAW

Dressing
½ cup mayo
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1½ tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp celery salt
lots of black pepper + salt to taste

Slaw
5–6 cups finely shredded cabbage
2 large carrots, grated
½ sweet white onion, thinly sliced

Whisk the dressing right in your serving bowl. Shred the cabbage, carrots + onion directly into the same bowl. Toss everything together until well coated.

Ideally, throw it in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving. But if you’re in a pinch, 10 minutes in the freezer while you finish dinner will do.

Serve it cold alongside burgers, BBQ + anything coming off the grill.

Save this one for your next moment of hunger desperation for a tangy slaw.
