Today was beautiful. 🤎✨

Thank you to every woman who showed up ready to heal, ready to breathe, ready to release, and ready to reconnect with herself.

There is something so powerful about women gathering in one space with the intention of slowing down, listening to our bodies, and supporting one another. 🌿

Every meditation circle reminds me why I started doing this. We are creating more than an event, we are creating community, connection, and a safe space for women to simply BE.

A huge thank you to Back of the Yards Coffee Co. for opening your doors to us and giving our community a beautiful space to gather today. Your support means so much. 🤎☕️

And to every woman who joined me today: thank you for trusting me to hold this space for you. I hope you left feeling a little lighter, a little more grounded, and a little more connected to yourself.
