HOW EXCITING!!!! (But we were incredibly nervous if you couldn’t tell lol) we were featured in a segment on . Segment link in our bio. Spreading awareness of longevity and bringing healthy, delicious food to fast casual dining, and easy to make right at home in little time. Our hosts were fantastic and we were very honored and humbled to be part of their show. We showed our authentic Ikarian “soufiko” and our legume avocado toast which are easy to cook and make recipes that anyone could make and add to their diets. We showcased our tamales, Okinawa Soba bowl, legume salad and imported Greek yogurt and honey parfait. Our food is rich in vitamins and nutrients and very delicious! We want to incorporate a healthier life for all while still focusing on sustainability especially with and minimizing our carbon footprint on this beautiful Earth. Thank you all again for your support!
