Mitanette Cooper is from Kankakee, IL. She went missing while on a trip to Oktibbeha County, MS. None of her family or friends have heard from her since June 11th, 2025.
She was last known to be in the company of a man named Algernon Gerell Young. He denies seeing or being around her, but photo evidence proves otherwise.
If his name sounds familiar, it is likely because he was last seen with a woman who was reported as missing from Memphis, TN, a couple of months ago. That woman was found safe, but no further information was ever released about her case.
Mitanette is described as a 47-year-old African American female, 5' 9", 200 lbs, with black hair with red highlights and brown eyes.
