We are pleased to announce that our popular cowboy butter brat is now available again. A fresh 15 lb batch was produced yesterday. Additionally, we have prepared a 15 lb batch of our beer brat using our improved recipe, which proved to be extremely popular over the 4th of July weekend. Get them while you can! Also keep an eye out here this weekend. We are going to be dropping two new brat flavors that I think you all are going to be very excited about!

We have been quietly working on this Brat and we're proud to introduce our newest addition, the Smoked Gouda and Bacon Jam Brat. By combining smoked Gouda, caramelized onions, and homemade bacon jam, we've crafted a truly unique bratwurst experience that masterfully blends sweet, savory, and smoky notes.

We apologize for the recent lack of updates. Our team has been exceptionally busy over the past few weeks. We're grateful for your loyalty and enthusiasm, which have kept us busy with orders, particularly the overwhelming demand for our brats during the 4th of July weekend. Please stay tuned for upcoming announcements regarding new bratwurst flavors and a few new products that we're excited to introduce. In the meantime, we'd like to introduce our newest flavor we have tweaked! Our Beer Brat, made with our beer brat seasoning, caramelized onions, a can of beer, and finished with extra sharp cheddar cheese. The aroma of this brat is mouth-watering!
