Planning dinner? Need something to please everyone? Kids want to be involved 🫣?

We have pizza dough available everyday at Findlay. We do offer them frozen, so you’ll need a few hours to prepare, otherwise they’re ready to be taken home and baked or put in your freezer for later!

Baking instructions:

- Let the dough come to room temp.
- Preheat your oven to 500°
- Stretch n shape your pizza dough as desired on flour or cornmeal. Move onto baking sheet and add your toppings.
- Bake 12-18 minutes until the crust reaches desired color 🍕

Meet your Tuesday baker! 👩‍🍳 🥖💙

“Hi, I'm Georgia! I have the absolute joy of baking Blue Oven bread on Tuesdays. I have been a baker for 5 years now, starting back in 2021. While I love to bake bread at work, at home I prefer to do a simple shortbread or kitchen sink cookie!
It's so hard to pick a favorite Blue Oven product, but if I have to it would hands-down be our Raisin Pecan loaf! I love toasting it up with lots of butter and some rhubarb jam.
I just moved to Cincinnati in 2025, and I love how open and welcoming the city has been! When I'm not at work I enjoy reading, writing poetry and short stories, and doing crafts such as crochet and cross-stitch. I'm so excited to make a home for myself in this city, with my two kitties in tow.”
