WE ARE 2!! 🍎❤️✨

On August 31st, 2024, I put a couple of apple bins at the corner of our property. With baking, flowers and homemade jam. No sign, no shed and no idea what it would turn into. Just an idea I had a few days earlier and a husband who was willing to help me make it happen.

That first year was definitely a learning curve. I baked out of my home kitchen, fought the weather, put up a tent that promptly blew away and eventually resorted to putting everything in Tupperware bins to keep it dry. But somehow you guys kept showing up.

That winter I told my husband I wanted a shed.

And that little shed changed everything.

He prepped the ground, built the shelves, helped me turn it into exactly what I had pictured and in May 2025 we opened the doors for our second season.

Since then this little stand has grown into something I genuinely never could have imagined that first morning. What started with a handful of followers (quite literally my family and best friend 😂) has turned into this amazing community of people who come back weekend after weekend, tell their friends, share my posts and support whatever new thing I decide to make that week.

There are still days I look at the stand and think, how did we get here?

Two years later, I still get just as excited about it as I did when it was two apple bins at the end of the driveway.

This is just a reminder that we will be closed this weekend and next. We’re taking this time to celebrate two really important people as well as just take a break before the business of apple harvest starts. I just want to say thank you to everyone for being so understanding. The amount of messages I have received from you guys telling me this is a well-deserved break warms my heart. You guys know how much I love this stand and providing fresh food for the community but as we all know, sometimes we need a break in order to continuing doing what we are doing. So thank you from the bottom of my heart. And I CANNOT wait to reopen with all the goodies that the end of August has to offer. Until then….have a great 2 weeks and don’t miss me too much 😉🫶🏻✨
