Sweet, simple, and totally irresistible! 🍫🥜 Learn how to make these classic peanut butter and chocolate buckeyes with me! Perfect for any occasion—or no occasion at all. 😉

Let’s Bake!👩‍🍳🎂

•1 cup peanut butter
•5 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
•1 tsp vanilla extract
•2 cups powdered sugar
•2 cups semisweet chocolate

Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing on low speed until the mixture forms a dough-like consistency.
3. Roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes, or until firm.
5. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
6. Using a toothpick, dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, leaving a small portion of the top uncovered to resemble a buckeye nut.
7. Place the dipped balls back onto the parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate is set.

Enjoy your homemade buckeyes!
