We made some delicious stuffed peppers! Made with rice, ground beef, mozzarella, diced sauteed mushrooms with garlic, our fresh marinara sauce and Pecorino Romano cheese.
Michael Buttacavoli is so fun to work with!!

We love carrying merchandise from the Red Sauce Studio! We were so excited to stop by their store in Little Italy while we were visiting! If you follow them and Rosaria on social media you know they have some of the best exclusive Italian-American merchandise! Rosaria is such a sweetheart! We loved meeting her in person at the The Growing Up Italian Podcast’s event!

We had the best time attending the The Growing Up Italian Podcast’s The Ultimate Sunday Dinner!! We were so excited that we were visiting in NYC and could go to the event in Brooklyn! Everything was so delicious and reminded me of the way our family cooks.
It was even more special that some of my cousins could meet me there! It was great to see you guys!!
