Our fresh milled flour is non GMO, organic, and contains 40 of the 44 nutrients necessary to sustain life! All purpose flour is “enriched” with only 4 nutrients that are put back in after it is stripped of basically everything that is good for you. And the best part? Those with gluten sensitivites or intolerances generally have no issues! (If you’re celiac, sorry). We have 5 lb bags of either soft white (for cookies, pancakes, quick breads) or hard white (for breads that need to rise) for $15.

Come see us (and a lot of other vendors) at Mt. Salus’s holiday market from 6-8 tonight! We will have ready to eat cowboy cookies, oatmeal raisin cookies, and oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, plus our frozen mixes, cinnamon swirl bread, sandwich bread, pumpkin bread, and 5 lb bags of flour!

We had a great time at the market today and have some mixes left and one loaf of sandwich bread. If anyone is interested, let me know (601.906.0914) before they are put in the freezer! All the cookie mixes make 2+ dozen and everything we offer is $10 each. We have:
-Cowboy cookies-oatmeal, pecans, coconut
-Oatmeal Raisin cookies-with a touch of cinnamon (a favorite around here)
-Oatmeal chocolate chip cookies (we love them dipped in milk)
-Brownies
-Peppermint brownies-perfect for the holidays
-Pumpkin bread-amazing for breakfast and makes 2 loaves!
