We haven't been on this page much, but we have been busy with life in general and other facets of food currently.

But we are still here.

We are building it back.

Slower.

More Planned Out.
Trial runs until correct.

In the meantime here is first test run of another concept in the works.

We are planning on doing tamales real soon savory, and our specialty, sweet tamales. So

Not everything we make belongs in a jar of jam.

Sometimes the experiment calls for garlic, smoke, herbs, heat, and a little bit of controlled chaos.

Our current Moonlight Equilibrium Labs seasoning lineup:

🌿 THE BUTCHER’S BLOOM
A bold garden of garlic, cracked black pepper, rosemary, Mexican oregano, thyme, and bright lemon zest.
Savory. Herbaceous. Peppery. Built for meat, vegetables, potatoes, and anything that deserves to be taken seriously.

🔥 SWEET RUIN
Brown sugar, smoked paprika, cinnamon, black pepper, cayenne, garlic, and sea salt.
Sweet first. Smoky next. Then the heat starts asking questions.
Excellent on pork, chicken, roasted vegetables, fries, and anything you want to send straight into delicious trouble.

⚗️ EQUILIBRIUM BLEND
Our original all-purpose seasoning blend — garlic, onion, Mexican oregano, basil, thyme, black pepper, white pepper, smoked paprika, cumin, cayenne, coriander, and more.

And this one has history.
