Let’s talk kid lunches. “Picky Eater” is an understatement for this guy. It runs in his family ! But if he knows there’s albacore in the house a tuna fish sandwich is all he will ask for. He tried the tuna sandwich at school before and it was a NOGO. I don’t blame him. If your kids don’t like a tuna sando it’s probably because your feeding them nasty grocery store tuna with bloodline and added water. Most likely skipjack or yellowfin caught and processed in a different country. Most likely caught in a net w/high mercury levels. SDF albacore are caught off the coast of Oregon and average 12-15lbs. Smaller fish = less mercury. Cooked once in the can means more Omega3’s. GOOD JOB JAMES!
