Whole Grain Freshly Milled Non-GMO Spelt Baked Goods A few years ago I was introduced to Spelt baked goods and I love the taste and health benefits.

I believe that fresh is best so I mill my spelt berries right before I bake so that all the vitamins and minerals are still intact in the spelt flour. Healthy can taste good, try it and see for yourself.

** Health Benefits of the Ingredients I use **
~*~ Freshly milled whole-grain NON-GMO Spelt flour is additive-free and rich in vitamins and minerals.
~*~ Instead of processed honey I bake with l

ocal raw honey that helps to boost your immune system
~*~ In place of processed sugar I use Sucanat that is the natural liquid from the sugar cane that still has the molasses in tact.
~*~ I use Coconut oil because it supplies important nutrients necessary for good health.
~*~ I've also starting sprouting some by spelt berries, drying them and milling the berries to make some muffins. The taste is amazing and the health benefits are even greater. Stay tuned for some more sprouted baked goods being introduced.
