En Route to the Next Eat Christina is my name, eating great food and then blogging about it is my game.

Just months ago I left Kentucky after 7.5 years of working at Whole Foods Market Louisville as their Cheese Specialist/Buyer. After attending many American Cheese Society conferences, and my cheesemaking apprenticeship in the summer of 2010 at Capriole, I knew it was time to move on from large grocery retail, and into a shop specializing in artisan cheese and gourmet foods. This past summer I acce

pted an offer to move to New Jersey and become Wine Library's Gourmet Manager for their gourmet department, aka: Gourmet Library. Now here I am smack dab in the middle of the East Coast, and only 25 miles from New York City... This next chapter in my life is going to be delicious.
