The fonts, colors, and backgrounds can be changed. Please specify specifics in "notes to the seller" when you make your purchase! 4x6, 5x7 or 6x7.5 jpeg for printing on photo paper at photo lab (Walgreens, Target, Snapfish, Walmart, etc.)

PURCHASE: Pay for the design of your choice via Paypal. I only accept Paypal transactions

CUSTOMIZATION: Fonts and backgrounds are fully customizable. Please specify what you would like in 'notes to seller' at the time of purchase:

3. File type – jpg or PDF
