Established in 1881, the WALLACE FARM has been benefiting the Rockwall, Texas community with it's agricultural products. Our family commitment has always been to produce the highest quality, freshest product for our customers in an environmentally responsible way. Our produce and livestock are naturally organic: No GMOs, chemical pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers, and we like to keep it that way! "A Touch of Earth Gardens" is the latest addition to this commitment.

Plenty of moisture is making for another delayed bed prep for the spring planting, but, "thank you Lord, for the rain".
Time to get those onion sets in the ground, and cut/ harden your potatoes.
Till or plow when you can!

The mild winter has been good for the greens: turnip, mustard, kale, lettuce, and chard. Yea Greens!
