A Life Lived Under Lawfare, Systematic Abuse, and Justice System Abandonment
I understand that everyone has their own lives and responsibilities. But I ask people to imagine living for sixteen years under the weight of simultaneous acts of lawfare, systematic abuse, and justice system abandonment.
I wish I could say this nightmare ended long ago.
The truth is — I am still living it today.
For more than a decade, the justice system protected the real criminals while I, the victim, was left isolated and discredited.
To this day, I am treated as though the 100% fraudulent narrative created about me is my true character.
The character assassination I have endured for over sixteen years has pushed me into deep isolation.
What makes this even more painful is that I love being around people.
I have always valued community, connection, and honesty.
I would love to finally be seen for who I truly am — the honest and respectable person I have always been and still am today.
Sadly, that has not happened.
Instead, the false narrative has been reinforced by a combination of individuals — criminals, certain family members, corrupt officials, and even people who were once friends but were influenced by others and by fraudulent documents and sworn false statements.
My own family even involved a family friend who is a doctor — someone who worked for my grandmother and attended family gatherings while I was growing up — to help validate those false narratives. This doctor has never evaluated me, never examined me, and never tested me for anything.
Not one person has sat down and spoken with me directly.
Instead, they have repeatedly relied on the words of others and the fabricated image of villainy placed upon me.
I would not be living in such draining isolation today if corrupt federal officials had not completely dismantled my support system through a fraudulent investigation initiated at the request of the real criminals.
During this investigation, individuals who once knew me — childhood friends, long-time friends, short-term friends, and former partners — were selectively approached and turned into informants between 2021 and 2026.
Many of these situations appeared designed to publicly humiliate and discredit me.
I refer to this group as “The Bully Squad.”
Yes — I have the names of the individuals involved and detailed records of the events.
Yet despite everything that has happened:
• I have never been interviewed
• I have never been asked for my side of the story
• My name has never been cleared
• I have never received an apology

What I Have Experienced
Lawfare
Lawfare is the misuse of legal systems and legal procedures as weapons to harm, control, silence, or discredit someone rather than to pursue justice.
Instead of resolving disputes fairly, the legal system becomes the tool used to intimidate, exhaust, isolate, or destroy a person’s credibility.
In my case, a fraudulent investigation was initiated against me based on false documents and the requests of the real criminals.
Lawfare occurs when courts, investigations, and legal procedures are manipulated to achieve outcomes unrelated to legitimate justice.
In simple terms:
Lawfare is the weaponization of the law.
⸻
Systematic Abuse
Systematic abuse occurs when harm is repeated, patterned, and enabled by a system or institution that either ignores the abuse, allows it to continue, or actively protects those responsible.
Key elements often include:
• Repeated harmful actions
• A clear imbalance of power
• Institutional failure or complicity
• Barriers that prevent victims from being heard or protected
Systematic abuse causes two layers of harm:
1️⃣ The original abuse itself
2️⃣ The system’s failure to protect the victim
That second layer can deepen the trauma because victims feel trapped with no clear path to justice.
While I am working hard to heal and have made progress, the reality is that this experience has left me with lasting trauma and PTSD.
⸻
Justice System Abandonment
Justice System Abandonment is a term widely used in victim-rights advocacy to describe situations where the institutions responsible for protecting someone fail to act despite having the authority and responsibility to do so.
When the justice system abandons a victim, the consequences can include:
• continued exposure to harm
• loss of trust in institutions
• emotional and psychological trauma
• financial and legal damage
• severe social isolation

For sixteen years I have prayed, asked for help, and held onto hope that the truth would eventually be acknowledged.
President Donald J. Trump, I respectfully ask that you please step in and help bring attention, accountability, and justice to what has happened.
To the many righteous men and women who wear the badge and truly stand for justice, you have my admiration, respect, and gratitude.
🇺🇸
With love and respect.
