The buildout has officially begun at our permanent Oak Cliff home!

We're thrilled to announce that construction is underway at 900 E Clarendon Dr, Suite #120 in the East Dock adaptive reuse project. Our banner is up, the team is moving, and we're one step closer to bringing Bite | Sushi Tapas Bar to life!

This is just the beginning of an incredible journey. We're building something special—a space where elevated casual dining meets authentic Japanese culinary artistry. Think omakase bar, intimate sushi counter, and the warm hospitality you've come to know from our pop-ups.
