This is extra special to me because I named it after my very first best friend from Central elementary school — someone who has also been one of my biggest supporters and earliest customers.

It's been a minute since I've posted but I have so many things going on! Schools out, so I'm keeping my kids busy. I have 2 markets a week and I'm learning when the best time to bake is for the upcoming week - so far, starting at 3:00am is looking like the sweet spot. I'm releasing a new flavor Friday AND if things go well, I'll release another one for Destination Danville! Whew...it's been crazy! Can't wait to see you all tonight in Plainfield!

At the market with new packaging!!! I changed to make it easier to open, eat and share! Also, they hold more than 2.5 oz, so there's a little more to snack on 😉

I'll be at the market but the display will be bare minimum. I'd like to be able to pack up quickly should they close early for storms. Hope to see you there!

🌦️ We will be open rain or shine this morning! However, our Market Masters will be closely monitoring the weather for lightning and thunderstorms. If severe weather moves into the area, they will make the decision whether to close early for everyone’s safety.

So come on down, bring your umbrella, and visit your favorite vendors! ☔

The countdown is ON! 🌿✨ The Plainfield Farmers Market returns Wednesday, May 20th, and we are so excited for another amazing season!

Below you will find our 2026 vendor list so you can start planning your Wednesdays with us! Alright everyone, i'm so excited to introduce this months brand new flavor:

Mia and Mindi’s Race May Mix 🏁💛

Think of it like puppy chow—but with a twist. Instead of peanut butter, it's made with caramel! I also added chocolate wafers and am loving the balance of crispy wafers, smooth chocolate filling and crunchy chocolatey Chex!

They look like little pieces of a race track...awwww.

This mix is inspired by two very special birthdays in May—Mia (my neice) and Mindi (my sister)—and of course, racing season, which feels like the heart of May itself.
