First we would like to thanks each and every BBQ'er that has supported us over the past 8 years of being in business. We truly appreciate each of you. However some things have came up over the last few days and we are sad to announce that we will be closing Midwest Grilling Supplies. This is both locations. We have met alot of great people over the years and we will remember each of you!!We encourage everyone to keep cooking and support your local your locally owned small businesses. They are what keep your community going. Again we apologize for this sad news. Keep us in your thoughts as we head to our next adventure. 🔥 HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE 🔥
We want to Thank each and every one of our customers for the support. Especially over the past couple years. We know we are not stocked up like everyone would like us to be but we are doing the best we can. We are going through a lot of changes as our distributors have changed some of their policies. Bare with us. We hope everyone has a great holiday weekend.
This bird is seasoned with a base layer of Clark Crew BBQ 5XL. Topped with a little BPOS Seasonings Mesquite pecan. Then a finished layer of my own turkey dust that I use for competition. A stick of frozen butter was tucked up under the skin on the breast to help slow down the cook on the breasts. This way the white and dark meat will finish on target temps. Breastfeeding 165° and thighs around 180°. Then rest for 20-30 minutes then slice. Cooked on Big Green Egg at 300°.
