Double O & Company Kitchen is a family run, cottage bakery based in DeFuniak Springs, Florida, and one of the many ventures led by the O’Dell family. With more than 30 years of combined experience in the food industry, Jim and Leanna O’Dell have turned their love for good food into something they can share with the community.
While Jim spends most weekdays busy with his day job, Leanna homeschools their youngest and pours her creativity into the bakery. Double O & Company Kitchen gives her the chance to share her love of baking, her culinary skill, and her passion for homemade food that feels special.
You can often find Leanna at the fair market, usually with her husband and family close by, either helping at the table or working behind the scenes to keep everything labeled, packed, and running smoothly. The menu features a variety of baked goods, including sourdough breads in different flavors and shapes, what many call the best cinnamon rolls in Northwest Florida, assorted pastries, herb dips, and cheesecake by the slice.
Leanna loves using seasonal produce from other local vendors and working it into her breads and baked goods whenever she can. She usually keeps a few customer favorites on the menu, then adds a rotating selection of pastries and creative specials. During the colder months, Jim even joins in with his famous hot chocolate, making Double O & Company Kitchen a true family effort from start to finish.
Get to the market early, as Double O sells out of some goodies early most markets!
