Can we talk about Hatchling loaves for a second? 🐣
Those little babies deserve more hype.

If you’ve caught me out at a market, festival, event, or wandered past my shelf at Steel Goat, chances are you’ve seen my Hatchling loaves hanging around.

Hatchlings are my individually-sized sourdough loaves!
(And called Hatchlings because, well, Honeybird. And they’re baby birds.. Whatever, you get the point.😂)

I originally started baking them because I’m cooonstantly rotating and testing new flavors. They’re the perfect way to try a flavor you’ve been eyeing without committing to a full-size loaf (and potentially discovering that it wasn’t your thing).

BUT YA’KNOW.. their size is great for so much more than taste-testing..
