Processing day for us while we stay out of the heat! Here is a few shots from the tomato soup we are making. All ingredients grown local by us. 20 quarts of goodness!

This tomato soup is much better than anything you can find at the store. Everything is fresh and not from concentrate or repackaged.

Heirloom cherries in soup:
Matt’s, sweet sunrise, black cherry and grappoli.
Parsley and celery

We are working on our second batch of fermented hot sauce this year! We are trying an all mini hot sauce on this one.

Thai red Birds Eye and Fresno 🌶️
Mini beets, onions and garlic

Our first batch was red and orange habanero with peaches! They will be ready in a few weeks once fermentation is complete! Please keep an eye out as they will go fast!

Yum! Fresh tomato pesto sandwiches straight from the garden! Big heirloom tomatoes are in full swing! If you haven’t had a heirloom tomato on your favorite sandwich you should give it a try(way better than traditional red ones).

Our favorite sandwich is:
Sourdough bread
Wild Angels Creamery Chèvre goat cheese
Cherokee purple tomato
Pesto
Lovelock head lettuce

If you are looking for fresh head lettuce then please come early, limited supply! Zucchini bread and fresh pesto will also be available while they last.
