Exotic Edibles of Edgewood Oyster Mushrooms!!!! A Wickedly Wonderful Mushroom Paté The Paté is a unique and special delight for those looking for something different.

A mixture of our oyster mushrooms, cream cheese and added flavors of basil and garlic, and other flavors, including lavender, to bring a fresh and unique flavor to your mouth. Don't ignore the Paté made with chipotle for a very special New Mexico taste. And now we have introduced our Mushroom Pesto, a blend of oyster mushrooms and basil, with accents from garlic and Romano cheese. Available until

further notice only at the downtown growers market on Saturday mornings, from 8 to noon. The Patés are also available directly at the at the growers market on Saturday, from us, or at both of the La Montanita Co-ops in Albuquerque, and both of the Whole Foods Markets.
