The garden is still producing! These are a first for me. Luffas (to hopefully add to some of our goat milk soaps) and birdhouse gourds (to hopefully transform into bird apartments)! 😜 Gardening isn’t always about what food you can grow to eat, but sometimes it’s for feeding your creative outlets! Grow babies, grow!

I love garden fresh green beans! 💚 The garden has been producing quite well, so I’ve had my fill of goodness for now, so I decided to try something new with my last batch of green beans. I just finished pickling them, with the sole purpose to add to our Bloody Mary’s during football season! 🏈

When the cherry tomatoes are overflowing and I already have bags in the freezer for this winter, you get creative and try new things!

Once I know if these are a hit, I’ll make more. What am I planning to do with these tiny bites of Italian Bliss?

🍅 As is~Healthy Snacks

🍅Smash~Smash, adding to a cracker and slice of cheese

🍅Cook~Add to pasta dishes

🍅Puree~Add a little olive oil, puree and have instant pizza sauce

🍅Cut~Cut them, add cream cheese and it’s instant appetizer

Help a gal out! Who has pickled cherry tomatoes before? Since I have an over abundance of cherry tomatoes, should I take the time to pickle some?
