Exciting news from the farm! 🐷

One of the highlights of this week has been the arrival of piglets. There's always something special about seeing the next generation growing and thriving, and it's a reminder of how much life changes from season to season on the farm.

We also made it through the recent weather with only minor damage. We lost a tree, but we're thankful that's all. Farming always comes with challenges, and we're grateful for the support of our community through it all.

As we look ahead, we're waiting for ground beef and pork sausage to return to inventory soon. In the meantime, we'll be at the market this Saturday with plenty of other great options including steaks, roasts, eggs, and our popular beef and pork sticks.

We can't wait to see everyone this weekend!

Our Woodfire Pizza Brats continue to be a customer favorite, and the pork sticks are perfect for a quick snack on the go.

We're still waiting for our pork sausage and hamburger to return, but more products are on the way soon.

☀️ Summer is keeping us busy at Hartbecke Cattle Company! ☀️

The dry weather has allowed us to keep moving on farm projects, and this week we're getting started on second cutting hay. Between hay season, calves still arriving, and piglets expected soon, there's never a dull moment around here.

We're also looking forward to adding more products back to our inventory. We're waiting on a call to pick up pork from the processor, and we have a steer headed in this week as well.

🚜 Summer farm work never slows down 🚜

This week has been spent working on repairs to the chopper so we can get back to finishing chopping here on the farm. Sometimes things don’t always go according to plan, but that’s just part of farm life.

Even with the breakdowns and repairs, we’re looking forward to another market weekend and seeing everyone again Saturday.

The Woodfire Pizza Brats continue to be one of the customer favorites lately, and grilling season is definitely here.

We’re still out of hamburger and pork sausage right now, but we’ll be restocking pork products soon—so keep an eye out for updates!

Today we remember and honor the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

We’re thankful for the freedoms we enjoy every day and for those who made the ultimate sacrifice to protect them.

From all of us at Hartbecke Cattle Company, we hope everyone has a safe and meaningful Memorial Day spent with family, friends, and good food around the table.
