Shrimp Filling
12 oz (340 g) large shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Zest of ½ lemon + 1 tbsp lemon juice
Avocados
2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
Mediterranean Mix-ins
¼ cup cherry tomatoes, finely chopped
2 tbsp red onion, finely diced
2 tbsp fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese (optional but recommended)
Optional Sauce (Quick Yogurt Drizzle)
¼ cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp olive oil
Pinch of salt
👩‍🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Season the shrimp
Pat shrimp dry. Toss with olive oil, garlic, paprika, chili flakes, salt, pepper, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
2️⃣ Sear the shrimp
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until pink, slightly crispy, and cooked through.

Cabbage Steak Burger Patties

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
1 medium head of cabbage, sliced into thick rounds
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
Prep cabbage: Slice cabbage into thick "steak-style" rounds. Brush with olive oil and season lightly.
Make patties: In a bowl, mix beef, egg, onion, garlic powder, paprika, salt & pepper. Form into 4–5 patties.

Air Fryer- Steak Bites with Garlic Butter
ingredients:
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 ½ lb sirloin steak cut into bite size pieces or strip loin, tenderloin, strip steak or rib eye
¼ tsp salt or to taste
¼ tsp pepper or to taste
2 tbsp salted butter
4 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp parsley fresh chopped
Instructions:
In a medium sized bowl add the olive oil, steak, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 400 degrees F. If your Air Fryer doesn’t have a preheat function, set it to 400 degrees F and set the timer to 4 minutes. Check doneness after 4 minutes. We like ours a little pink inside. If not done, cook in one minute intervals.
When the Air Fryer is preheated add the steak bites to the Air Fryer basket and cook for four minutes.
While the steak is cooking, place the skillet on the stovetop. Melt butter in a skillet. When butter is melted, add garlic to the skillet, cook for about 30 seconds while stirring, just until the garlic becomes aromatic and starts to brown. Remove from heat.
When steak is done add to garlic butter, toss to coat. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately

½ cup vanilla or chocolate protein powder
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
Pinch of salt
2 ripe bananas, mashed
2 tbsp natural peanut butter or almond butter
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2–3 tbsp milk (any kind, as needed)
Optional Add-ins (choose any):
2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
2 tbsp chopped nuts
1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds
2 tbsp raisins or dried cranberries

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Ingredients
1 lb. Shrimp , peeled and deveined
1 lb. Steak , cut into bite sized pieces
1 lb. Spaghetti noodles , cooked and drained
2 Tbsp. Olive oil
2 tsp. Sesame oil
⅓ C. Teriyaki sauce
2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
2 tsp. Minced garlic
½ Medium onion , sliced
¼ C. Chopped green onions , for garnish
Salt, pepper and seasoning to taste
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add in the steak and season with salt, pepper, and seasonings of your choice.
Saute until ½ way cooked through, then add in the sliced onion.
Continue to saute until the onion is tender and the steak is cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside.
Add the shrimp to the same skillet, season, and saute until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Heat the sesame oil in the same skillet, mix in the garlic and saute for 30 seconds.
Mix in the teriyaki and soy sauces.

Here is a recipe for a Christmas chicken in the Airfryer, with a special touch for the season:
Ingredients:
1 small whole chicken (1.5-2 kg), clean and dry.
3 tablespoons melted butter.
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
1 teaspoon dried rosemary.
1 teaspoon dried thyme.
1 teaspoon paprika (sweet or smoked).
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional, for a festive touch).
1/2 cup natural orange juice.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Zest of 1 orange.
Instructions:
1. Make the marinade:
In a bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic, spices (rosemary, thyme, paprika and cinnamon), orange zest and juice. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Marinate the chicken:
Spread the mixture all over the chicken, including under the skin (especially on the breast) so it’s juicy. Marinate for at least 2 hours in the fridge, or preferably overnight.
3. Preheat the Airfryer:
Set to 180°C (350°F) and let it heat for 5 minutes.
4. Cook the chicken:
Place the chicken in the Airfryer basket with the breast side down. Cook for 35 minutes.
5. Turn it:
Turn the chicken over and cook for another 25-30 minutes, or until the skin is golden and crispy, and when the meat pricks the juices run clear (internal temperature should be 74°C or 165°F).
6. Let it rest:
Once ready, let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before cutting it.
Bonus tip: you can decorate the plate with orange slices, fresh rosemary and blueberries for a Christmas touch.
