With the butcher moving into deer season, availability will be limited. What’s currently available and in the freezer will only get smaller until deer season is over.

With that being said, here’s the harvest schedule for the rest of 2026. Get on the list for a portion before it’s too late.

At this current moment, my freezers are the emptiest they’ve been all year.

I have 2 Swine Dining being harvested in October and 2 Moo to Chew being harvested in December—unless I get a call with an earlier harvest date that’s it for the year.

When purchasing a whole portion of Moo to Chew, Swine Dining, or any other large portion from me, you’re purchasing a set finished weight.

I’m in the business of keeping things simple. Talking about live weight, hanging weight, processing loss, and final yield can make the process more confusing than it needs to be.

A Whole Moo to Chew includes 400 pounds of packaged meat. A Whole Swine Dining includes 200 pounds of packaged meat. You know exactly how much meat you’re receiving and exactly what you’re paying—no guessing and no surprises.

If you would like the animal’s entire finished yield, we can discuss the additional cost.

Simple as that.
