🎉 Catch Citrus Cart at Fondue Fest this Saturday! 🍋

We’ll be near our usual intersection of Forest Avenue and Main Street—but not in the exact location where you normally find us! Based on the festival map, we’ll be close to FONDUE! and the Fondue Challenge. Keep an eye out for Goldie! 👀🍋

If you’re close/at the Kid Zone, you can also easily access us through the pocket park!

Because vendor fees and operating costs are higher for larger, all-day events, festival pricing will be in effect this weekend. We truly appreciate your support and can’t wait to serve you! 💛

2026 Hmong National Labor Day that’s a WRAP!

Weeks of doing numbers and ordering supplies
1 day of packing
1 night to setup
2 days of selling
1 night to pack up
1 day to unpack (still not done!)

We are beat. Labor day really kicked all of our butts but I’m so proud of my little team of helpers and my wonderful husband always going along with my shenanigans. A big thanks to my parents for flying in to watching my babies. I could not have done it without you guys! It was also my youngest brother’s birthday this weekend. I was sad he had to work but if I didn’t ask him to come help me, I probably wouldn’t have been able to see him. This was the first time in 4 years that I got to celebrate it with him.

Now… on to Fondue Fest preparations!

Despite yesterday’s sprinkles, we still had a great turnout! ☔️🍋💕

We had a few drinks left over, so the extras are being delivered to our friendly neighbors! 🥰

We are taking our time every day to prepare for our first 2 day festival. So in relation to that, today is a reminder that we will not be at Downtown Fond du Lac for Labor Day weekend (September 5th).

We will however be there THIS Saturday so come see us!!

A note that Banana Cream SELLS OUT every single weekend so please come early if you love Banana Cream or wanted to try it.

🍌 We officially have a favorite…

Did you know that roughly 66% of ALL cream top orders at Citrus Cart this year have been BANANA CREAM?! 🤯🍌

Out of all the flavors we’ve offered, Banana Cream has absolutely taken over. 😂💕

And honestly… we get it.

Sweet, creamy, fluffy banana goodness on top of matcha or Vietnamese coffee?! YES PLEASE. 😍

At this point, Banana Cream isn’t just a cream top… she’s the favorite child. 😂🍌

Sold out… AGAIN?! And before 11 AM?! 😭🍋💕

Granted, I only prepared for about as much as I knew I could realistically handle by myself, and the weather wasn’t looking very promising this morning… but then it turned out BEAUTIFUL. And Fond du Lac SHOWED UP. 🥹

I’m always a little unsure how much to prep for the Farmers Market because we have SO many incredible drink vendors here.

There are so many good options to choose from… so how in the world do we keep selling out?!

Because our city is incredible. 💕

You guys continue to show up for small businesses week after week, and somehow there’s room at the table for all of us. I’m so grateful every single time you choose to stop at our bright little yellow trailer.

And yes… I’m apparently going to have to start prepping more. 😂
