This past weekend provided great sap weather.
We were able to boil down and bottle about 60 gallons of finished syrup!
We hope to get at least another week of ideal weather conditions, so we can keep making that sweet stuff for our sweet customers 😉🫗

It is a lot of work when we have a hard freeze for a couple days. We make sure all of our equipment is drained. Including our boiling pans, to prevent any damage.
We are ready for the trees to start flowing again! 💧
