It has certainly been a while since we’ve last posted. We hope you’ve all survived this wild winter and enjoying some warmer days!
We are still in “hurry up and wait mode” on the brick and mortar, but we continue to carry a delicious variety of cheeses at Oake Knoll Farms, including these two new beauties from one of our favorite cheese makers in New England: Vermont Creamery!!
Cremont is a double cream, cow and goat milk aged bloomy rind that’s outta this world.
Bonne Bouche is French for “good mouthful” and is an ash ripened aged goat milk bloomy rind that brings any cheese board up a couple notches.
Both great with fruit jams or honey.
