Chicken Tenderloins are on a hot buy at Roots for only $2.99/lb!

Use our coating mix to make the perfect, at home, crispy boneless wings:

1. Preheat fryer or pot with vegetable oil to 350°
2. Cut 1 # tenderloins into cubes.
3. Put 1 cup Welly’s Coating Mix into a bowl. Sit aside.
4. In another bowl, put 1 cup Welly’s Coating Mix, two eggs, and ½ cup of water and whisk until combined.
5. Massage the chicken cubes into the wet batter and individually place into the bowl of dry coating mix. Shake the bowl until all pieces are covered and separated. You can add more dry mix as needed.
6. Place each piece into the fryer and cook for 3-3 ½ minutes or until an internal temp of 165° is reached.
7. Let sit on a raised baking rack for about 5 minutes then toss in your favorite sauce. Serve immediately.
