🌱 Now Open: Rural Grounds ☕️🥤
This spring, we’re excited to introduce Rural Grounds—our new coffee and smoothie spot, now open just outside the Farm Store in a custom food truck.
Open weekdays from 7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m., Rural Grounds is, at its heart, simple: a welcoming place to connect. Stop by after drop-off, meet a friend, or pause for something nourishing in the middle of your day.
On the menu: rich espresso, creamy lattes, and fresh smoothies made to order. Think cappuccinos, cortados, and Americanos, alongside matcha, chai, and classic flavors like caramel, mocha, and vanilla. Smoothies range from berry to tropical mango to a vibrant green blend—with add-ins like protein, chia, and our own Hawthorne Valley Farm yogurt.
Opening on Earth Day felt fitting. Not as a grand statement, but as a quiet commitment—to reduce waste, source thoughtfully, and take meaningful steps toward a Net Positive campus.
