Hello! What a summer! Thank you so much for supporting our small, family business by visiting our booth at the various farmers markets this summer! A huge shout out to the market managers and staff for their curating a wonderful market experience.

We are now down to our regular presence at the Tacoma Proctor Farmers' Market every Saturday. Come see us this Saturday, September 27, from 9a-2p.

To celebrate the fall season, we're having a CANDY SALE at the market this Saturday! That's right! Our candy smoked sockeye salmon is on sale - 2 for $30 (originally $24 each)!

Have you tried our coho burger meat yet? It's currently my favorite product because I absolutely LOVE salmon burgers and tacos! Our coho is minced into small pieces, providing the perfect consistency for thick burger patties or chunky taco meat. I literally cannot get enough. Come try some before it's all gone this season!

Each package weighs 1lb and makes approximately 4 1/4-lb patties or provides enough taco meat to feed a family of 4.
