With an Associate of Science Degree in the Culinary Arts, and over 12 years in the food industry, Chef Melanie brings her passion and love for food to you in the comfort of your own home. Chef Melanie conducts classes teaching various International cuisines, including Asian, Greek, Indian, Italian, French, and Mexican. Classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners who want to learn the basic

s, couples learning how to cook together, and cooks who want to approach the culinary art in a fun and constructive way and to improve their knowledge and techniques. All participants will be introduced to safety and sanitation procedures, basic knife skills and techniques, and will be focused on the art of cooking, use of fresh ingredients, visual appeal, and most importantly, taste and flavor. Students must have their own apron, side towels, chef’s knife, a SMILE, and the appetite to eat, as lessons conclude with the tasting of the dishes.
