We can’t wait to see everyone at the Farmers Market this Saturday! We wanted to give you a quick heads-up on our lineup.
While our pony rides and animal friends won’t be able to join us for opening day, we’ve still got plenty of fun planned to kick off the season!

Shannon and the Lil' Biscuit Company are bringing their passion for artisan baking 🍞 🍪 to the Glenpool Farmer's Market:
Lil' Biscuit Company officially began at the end of 2025, but it has been a long time in the making. As the owner I, Shannon, found a strong sense of community in Beggs and wanted to give back and take care of people in the best way I knew how—by feeding them.

What started as a love of baking for family and friends has grown into an exciting and fulfilling home-based bakery with a local focus. Whether it’s a hearty loaf of bread 🍞, a delightful sweet treat 🍪, or something delicious to share with your own family, Lil' Biscuit Company hopes to be part of your celebrations and everyday moments.

My homemade goods are simple, thoughtfully crafted, and made with care. I love making a variety of treats including sourdough discard cookies and cookie sandwiches, fluffy cinnamon rolls, and stellar pies! Yeast breads, fun desserts, and sourdough loaves often make an appearance, too! Experimenting with new recipes and flavors gets me excited to be in the kitchen and I'm so thrilled to be bringing my passion to the Glenpool Farmer's market this year!

🌮 It's Cinco De Mayo AND Taco Tuesday!

We have a bit of "bad" news: We have NO TACOS at the Glenpool Farmers Market! But we have the best news: We have all the fresh VEGGIES and MEAT you need to make an epic taco feast at home.

Since we don’t (yet!) have a vendor for tortillas, here is the game plan:

Step 1: Visit us this Saturday (8am – 12pm) for the fresh stuff.

Step 2: Swing by Harps on 141st or Walmart on 121st for your tortillas.

Support local, eat fresh, and build your own tacos!
