We are still seeing doctors just about everyday and today is PIC line day.

I will be glad when this is all done and over with.

Don’t forget to take care of yourself before it’s too late.

It’s expensive to be sick.

Hey there everyone update on Dave. He is healing slowly. He now goes to an appointment almost everyday of the week. We are on week 2 of the IV antibiotics. Dave is keep a close eye on the count down.

My advise to anyone who wants to listen.

Take care of yourself.

For real!

Stop putting it off whatever it is preventing you from taking care of yourself.

Get out into the sun ☀️ drink plenty of water 💦 get your rest 💤 do something you like to do that gets you moving, ride a bike, run, walk, skip.. exercise comes in all forms.

Also get into your community and help someone else out. Be social be kind and love others.

I know this may be difficult but stop eating a lot of carbs even though they are delish and everywhere.

If you want to live a long healthy life and want to be able to continue to do the things you take for granted take care of yourself so you can enjoy a long healthy life.
