They completely thier milestones this week Lawrence Jr. (LJ) completed 8th grade is off to Highschool and Benjamin completed 5th grade and is off to Middle school. Many of you have met them they are major helpers here at Pulse to Eat and The 117th st Farmer's Market let's grow!📚🍎🌱

After a very busy week of working I find Fridays the best way to end it is treat myself with great views and amazing food at 📍Marina 27 Steak and Seafood Restaurant...and yes those are my microgreens I grew Chef plated 😁👌🏾 such a great feeling to see the final product ✨️let's grow 🌱
