Flies. Parasites. Pest pressure.
Regenerative ranching doesn’t mean pretending these problems don’t exist. It means managing them differently.
In conventional ranching, parasite control often relies heavily on chemical pour-ons, pesticides, and dewormers. While they can work, overuse can also damage soil life, kill beneficial insects and earthworms, contribute to resistant parasites, and increase the chemical load animals — and ultimately people consuming the meat — are exposed to.
We take a different approach.
Healthy soil. Rotational grazing. Mineral support. Pasture management. Biodiversity. Natural fly predators. Strong immune systems.
Our goal isn’t “doing nothing.”
Our goal is building an ecosystem where animals stay healthier naturally — with less need for harsh intervention.
Over the next few videos, we’re going to show some of the ways we manage flies and parasites here on our ranch while raising clean, nutrient-dense food for our family and yours. 🌱🐄

Spare ribs for today’s “where your meat comes from + how to cook it”

Yesterday’s dinner was spare ribs — tender, flavorful, crispy on the edges, and absolutely worth the mess. It’s so satisfying to understand the cut, cook it well, and turn simple ingredients into a really solid meal.

Our pork and chicken are non-GMO, corn free, soy free, and raised without antibiotics, added hormones, or vaccines.
Our beef is 100% grass fed and grass finished and also raised without antibiotics, added hormones, or vaccines.
Pasture raised pork is the other red meat when it’s raised right and not coming from the grocery store — you can absolutely taste the difference in both the flavor and quality.

Spare Ribs Recipe 👇

Make a rub with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and a little brown sugar.
Roast low and slow at 300° for about 2.5–3 hours until tender, then finish under the broiler or on the grill for crispy edges.

Simple, rich, and packed with flavor. ❤️
