This is our friend Hazel. Hazel who was a staple in our lives for the last 40 years passed last week. Tim and I met Hazel when we were 16 years old when we worked at Kmart. From there she became intertwined in our lives and has been like a mom. Hazel led a very storied life- growing up in foster homes and becoming a teen bride then following her husband all over the east coast while he was in the service. Nothing meant more to Hazel than Family. You never heard her complain and she had a story for every situation and moment. She was wonderful to be around and was genuinely an interesting person. Hazel was 90 years young- and you never would have guessed it. We loved when she would come hang out with us and will miss our visits. Have a glass of wine in her honor- Cheers to you Hazel- thanks for sharing your life with us.
