Speckled Trout season is open! We’re very excited to have this wild caught, NC fish back in stock. Alongside Spanish Mackerel and Black Sea bass we’ve got a great fresh selection this week.

Happy Friday Fish Fam!!!
It looks like a wet holiday weekend, and as always, we’ll be rain or shine from 8-12 tomorrow.
We’re really excited to have Spanish Mackerel back in stock and we’ve also got frozen Salmon back on the menu for all of y’all that love that pre-portioned goodness for easy weekday meals!

Howdy Fish Fam!!!
We’ve got one of our favorites back on the menu this week: Spanish Mackerel!!!
This is a wild caught, NC fish that has a bunch of the same beneficial oils found in salmon.
It’s got a very subtle flavor and great texture with a buttery finish.
We’re also excited to have frozen, individual portions of Salmon (~6oz pieces) back in stock.
So come out to this Saturday, 8-12 and getchoo some!

We’ve got Red Snapper this week! If you like flaky fish, this is it!
Red Snapper is a name applied to several different species of fish, but this one specifically is Vermillion Snapper also known as B-liner.
We’ve got it 2 ways for you: Whole (head-on/cleaned) and Fileted!
Also, I’ll be selling some pottery this week as my alter ego
If you’ve ever wanted to get your fish the same place you get your mugs (don’t worry, pottery and fish have very different facilities at which they take place), then come by the Fishmonger booth this Saturday .

We’ve had a lot of people asking about whole fish, so we’ve got Black Sea Bass both Whole (cleaned and scaled of course 😊) as well as our standard butterfly filet.
Pick up rather style for a delicious and memorable Mother’s Day meal!.

Happy Friday Fish Fam!!!
Here’s what we’re bringing to market tomorrow
We don’t have fresh salmon this weekend due to some transportation issues (gas prices for the loss) but we’ve got plenty of frozen AND some of our favorite local species! Pick up some Catfish, Black Sea Bass or Sheepshead, all locally sourced from the NC coast!
We’ll see y’all tomorrow, 8-12!
