If you're upset about the price of eggs in the grocery store, think about people like me who have ducks who'd love to share their local, free-range eggs and would be so happy to have that support. Duck eggs taste almost identical but due to their rich yolks, they cream up & fluff much better making baking even more exciting. If you're pregnant like me, they also pack great benefits by having more folate, vitamin B12 (about 20-40% of your DV), Vitamin E, B6, and Vitamin A than chicken eggs. Not to mention they are a better source of lean protein and healthy fats.

Just a PSA. You can get a mental and physical boost by supporting your local farmers, especially when they get as many eggs as this every morning.
